More than a quarter of the United States population is directly impacted by addiction. Together we can transform stigma and isolation into hope and change. Whether they have faced the disease themselves or have supported family members or friends through a substance abuse issue. Unfortunately, the stigma and shame that so often surround drug and alcohol addiction prevents many from getting the help that they need.

Give physical education to the children about drugs because physical education in schools concerns the involvement of children in fitness activities, sports, Health and Drug Education, gymnastics and some aspects of dance. All are designed to encourage a healthier, more enjoyable lifestyle. The best way to prevent an addiction to an illegal drug is not to take the drug at all. Use care when taking an addictive prescription drug.
